Step 1
Take pressure cooker,heat 3 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds and cook til it gets brown, add 3 tbsp pav bhaji masala (you can easily find in Indian grocery store or online), quickly add 3 chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped potatoes, 1 chopped carrot,1 chopped beetroot(optional),1 cup peas, 1/2 tbsp salt,mix it well , add 2 glass waterwater, cover the lid of pressure cooker and cook till 2 whistles on high flame, now cook for 2 minutes on low flame

Now take a kadhai/cookware, heat 2 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp butter,add 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped onion , cook for 3 minutes on medium flame, now add 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves, 3 chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, cook for 3 minutes on high flame woth continuous stirring, add 1 glass water and cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
Now add the boiled vegetables into this and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame,mash the vegetables properly with the hand masher, bhaji is ready

Take a pan add butter and cook the bread rolls/pav/bread from both the side, serve the pav bhaji hot
