Step 1
Make a dough of maida & roll it into small chapatis slightly bigger than a puri.
Step 2
Put the diced carrot & cabbage into a bowl, add green chillies, salt, ajinomoto & white pepper powder & mix altogether
Step 3
Stuff the above into the small rotis, close from all sides & deep fry them.
Step 4
Serve it with chilli sauce.
