Raw nendran banana

Step 1
Peel of the raw nendran banana,spread some oil on your hands and slice it with a knife(or you can use a slicer).
Step 2
wash the sliced banana in warm water and allow it to dry(you can keep under sunlight for 2-3 hours).
Step 3
now take a small bowl and add 1/2 cup of water,1 teaspoon of salt,1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder.mix well.keep it aside.
Step 4
once the sliced bananas are dried enough,put a pan on high flame.add sunflower oil.when it is hot drop the sliced bananas little by little into the oil.
Step 5
after dropping the banana,turn the flame to medium.it will turn crispy after few minutes.now add salt mixture (1 teaspoon)little by little.then the banana will start sizzling.

remove it after sizzling stops.
