Step 1
Take a big bowl, add 500 gm All purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves,3-4 tbsp oil, add water slowly and make a tight dough, leave it for 5-10 minutes
Step 2
Make small dough balls of 50 gm, roll it in small circle shape
Step 3
Heat 5 cups oil in a kadhai or any cookware, deep fry these mathri, let it cool down and have it with tea for best taste and store it in tight container
