Step 1
Take all purpose flour,baking soda,sugar,salt and turmeric powder in a bowl.Mix it well.
Step 2
beat one egg and add to the bowl and mix again.
Step 3
pour water little by little and make it to a thick batter.keep this for 1-2 hours.
Step 4
now cut the ripe banana in .5 inch(thickness) pieces.
Step 5
Now dip each banana pieces into the batter which we already prepared.
Step 6
Heat oil in a deep pan.transfer the banana pieces into it one by one.fry it on medium flame.
Step 7
fry till it become golden yellow in colour.
Step 8
Delicious banana fry is ready to serve hot!!
