Step 1
Slice the ripe banana.put a pan on medium flame.
Step 2
add coconut oil.when it is hot,add sliced banana into into.saute it well.
Step 3
then add sugar and mix well.beat two eggs and add to the pan to make scrambled eggs and mix it with the banana.cook until the bananas are soft and golden brown in colour.
Step 4
add one teaspoon of ghee into it and give a good mix.
(You can also add grated coconut into it to make it more tasty)

Malabar Kaaya vaattiyadh is ready to have!!Enjoy with tea/coffee!!
