Step 1
On a pan add the boneless chicken,1/2 tspn turmeric powder,salt and cook until the chicken is well cooked.after cooked,allow it to cool.then crush the chicken in a mixer grinder.keep it aside.
Step 2
take a pan on medium flame.add vegetable oil,onion,tomatoes,green chillies,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, pepper powder and Corrionder leaves.saute well until the onions are soft and transparent.
Onion masala is ready.
Step 3
now beat 4 eggs in a bowl and transfer the crushed chicken ,onion masala into it.combine the mixture very well.(remember to check the salt.if less,add little more)
Step 4
Take a pan, spread some ghee and transfer the mixture in to it.spread it evenly like a cake.sprinkle some chilli flakes over it.cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes on low flame.garnish with capsicum or whatever you like.
