Step 1
Cut and clean the chicken pieces and keep it aside.
Step 2
take a pan on medium flame.add 3 tablespoon of coconut oil.then add onions,green chillies and salt.saute well until the onions are translucent.
Step 3
now take a small mixer grinder.add Corrionder leaves,bird eye chillies and a tablespoon of lemon juice.grind it to make a fine paste.
Step 4
Now heat a pan on low flame.add Corrionder powder,pepper powder and turmeric powder.roast it for 3-4 minutes.transfer this to the onion masala.
Step 5
Mix it well.then add the chilli-Corrionder paste into it and mix again.
Step 6
Finally add the chicken,adjust the salt and cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame.
Step 7
Turn off the flame flame once the chicken is well cooked.spread some Corrionder leaves over it and Enjoy!!
