Step 1
First,we will make fried boneless chicken.for that take a small mixing bowl.add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt and little water to make a fine paste.transfer the boneless chicken into it and mix well.fry it in vegetable oil and keep it aside.
Step 2
Next,we will make onion masala.for that put a pan on medium flame.add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.then add chopped onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and salt.saute well until the onions are transparent.
Step 3
then add 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder and garam masala.give it a good mix and sauté it for 5 minutes more.
Step 4
Now,transfer the fried boneless chicken into this masala and mix again.
Our filling is ready!!

Now take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.make a dosa batter adding enough water and adjust the salt.
Step 6
put a dosa pan on medium flame.spread some ghee over it.when it is hot,pour a big spoon of dosa batter.make medium sized dosa.flip on both side and cook well.
Step 7
finally,add 2 tablespoons of chicken masala over the dosa and fold it.our chicken dosa is ready.
Step 8
it is best to serve with a chutney or pickle.
