Step 1
Take ripe bananas of Kerala n steam it for 10 mins. Later when it cools peel off the skin of banana n keep aside
Step 2
Heat a pan n add ghee. Cut the steamed banana into round pieces. Add to the ghee n saute well. Also add sugar n mix well.
Step 3
Roast well in ghee for 10 mins
