Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard when its hot. When it splutters, add slit green chillies and urad and chana dal. Saute for sometime. Make sure you don't burn the urad dal and chana dal .
Step 2
Add onions to this and saute till it turns transparent. You can add little salt to this to speed up this process.
Step 3
Add capsicum, turmeric and red chilli powder to this. Fry till the raw capsicum smell is not there anymore and it turns soft.
Step 4
Add salt as required. Mix this with cooked rice till you hit the right consistency. Enjoy with raita
