Step 1
Take 2 cups of Gram flour(Besan) in a bowl

Add 2 chopped potato
Step 3
Add 2 chopped Onion and 2 chopped green chillies

Add water to make a thick batter

Add 1/2 tbsp Ajwain, 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds(saunf), 1/2 tbsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp baking soda in it

Heat oil in a kadhai or in any cookware
Step 7
Put the batter with a spoon in it
Step 8
Fry them on a medium flame from both side
