Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes....scrape the skin of pointed gourd and cut it into desired length
Step 2
Make a puree of tomatoes and finely chop the onion
Step 3
Boil the potato cubes in pressure cooker for one wistle or u can fry them if you want it rich and heavy...
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan and put parwal to fry it will take 2 minutes to fry ..just remove them....now in the same pan add cumin seeds and add onion and saute it till it turns golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute it .now add turmeric powder and tomato puree and cook it for 2 minutes or untill it releases oil..

Now add some salt , red chili powder, coriander powder and mix it well..

Now add boiled or fried potatoes and fried parwal....toss gently ...now add 1 cup of water and cook it for 5 minutes ...our curry is ready...... garnish it with fresh green coriander leaves. ....

Serve hot with chapati or plane parantha
