Peel off the skin and shred the carrot.
Whole Milk

milk powder

sugar

ghee

Step 1
Take a pan on medium flame.transfer the shredded carrot into it.add 1 cup of milk,1/2 cup of sugar and mix well.
Step 2
allow it to cook on medium flame till the carrots are well cooked(5-6 minutes).
Step 3
now add milk powder,cardamom powder into it and mix again.
Step 4
finally,take another pan.add ghee,cashews,pistachios and sauté well.then transfer to the carrot.combine well.
Carrot Halwa is ready.

allow it to cool or you can even refrigerate it for 1-2 hours to get the best taste of it.
