Step 1
Cut the vegetables in a lengthwise manner. Wash it well n transfer it to a cooker. Cook for 2 whistles
Step 2
Open the cooker when it is cool. Smash the vegetables. Extract coconut milk by adding little hot water. Keep aside. Follow the same procedure for the second time.
Step 3
Switch on the flame n add the coconut milk u have extracted the second time. When it boils add the first extracted coconut milk. Now there is no need to boil
Step 4
Friends, u can try by using coconut milk which is readily available.
Step 5
But l would like to bring to your kind notice that when u add coconut milk dilute it n add to the vegetables. Final step add without diluting where u will not cook further.
Step 6
Season in oil dry red chillies n crushed garlic flakes. Coconut oil is mandatory for the preparation of ollan.
