Step 1
Clean the taro root n cut them into small pieces. Transfer them into a cooking vessel n add turmeric, salt n chilli powder. Also add little water just to immerse the taro root
Step 2
Cook till the water absorbs. Add coconut n stir well.
Step 3
Heat oil n tempering can be done by adding mustard, dry red chillies chopped onions n curry leaves. Add to the taro root n stir well
