Step 1
In a heated pan, add oil then add mustard and cumin seeds. Next, add green chillies followed by curry leaves an then add onions and fry until turns translucent.
Step 2
Now add the chopped cucumber pieces, turn the flame to low and cover the lid. Keep stirring in between until the cucumber pieces are cooked. Later, add tomatoes and mix.
Step 3
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander power, cumin powder and cook until the tomatoes turn mushy.
Step 4
Add about a 1/2 tbsp of sugar to balance the flavours and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
