Step 1
Add to a cooker washed n diced cucumber n sliced plantain. Add sufficient water to immerse the said vegetables. Add salt n turmeric. Cook for 2 whistles.
Step 2
Cool the cooker n open n smash the vegetables little. Transfer it to a clay pot. Meanwhile grind coconut, jeera, dry red chillies to a fine paste, Before grinding saute in oil dry red chillies.
Step 3
Add the ground items to the pot. Whip sour curds in mixie n add it to the pot. Stir well. Cook till it boils well so as to form a semi liquid gravy. Add curry leaves.
Step 4
Season in oil mustard, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies n curry leaves. Add to the gravy.
