tadka kadhi / tempering gram flour and butter milk curry

Keep the gram flour amount as given because much gram flour can make your curry thicker
Butter milk

Step 1
Take 500ml butter milk . Add 100gm gram flour, 1/2 tbsp Salt and 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder in it. Mix it till the lumps are gone.
Step 2
Now take a cookware and add this mixture and stir it on medium flame and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Once this mixture start boiling, you can stop stirring.
Step 4
Now make a paste by mixing 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, Asafetida(hing), 2-3 Crushed garlic cloves and green chilli and add water to make a paste
Step 5
Add this paste in the curry and stir it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes let it cook for more 5 minutes on medium flame
Step 6
Now for tadka Or tempering,take a cookware heat 1 tbsp oil , add cumin seeds, dry red chilli,fenugreek seeds(methi) and curry leaves in it, roast it till it becomes dark brown
Step 7
Add this tadka Or tempering to the curry. Serve it in a bowl
