Step 1
Grind all the above masalas alongwith salt, & 2 tbsp curd. Then add remaining curd & beat again. Now add water as required for butter milk & beat for a second in mixie.
Step 2
Then keep it on gas. Switch off the gas when the buttermilk is slightly warm. Please note that it should not become hot or buttermilk will break.
Step 3
Then pour the buttetmilk through a strainer. Kaachiya moru is ready.
