Half of a medium sized cucumber which is finely chopped

Step 1
On pan on low flame,add cumin seeds.then add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,carrot,cucumber and sauté for just two minutes.(no need to add coconut oil or any other oil)
Step 2
Transfer this to a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add Corrionder leaves into it.then add one cup of curd and mix it well.
Step 4
adjust the salt and add crushed black pepper into it.give it a good mix.
Step 5
Kachumbar is ready to enjoy with rice/biriyani!!
