A lightly sweet yogurt dip \ raita recipe made with peanut powder. This dish goes very well with Sabudana Khichidi or Sabudana vada.

peanuts

roasted and coarsely ground
cucumber

cumin powder

Step 1
Mix a little water in the yogurt and mix well to get a smooth raita which is neither too watery nor too thick.
Step 2
Lightly roast peanuts and grind coarsely after it has cooled down.
Step 3
Grate the cucumber and add it to the yogurt along with the ground peanut powder. Mix well and then add the salt, sugar and cumin powder to the raita adjusting them as per taste.
Step 4
The raita \ yogurt dip is now ready to be served and goes very well with any sabudana dish like sabudana khichidi or sabudana vada.
