Step 1
Using a mixer grinder make a fine powder of the sugar.
Step 2
Sieve all-purpose flour. Add a pinch of salt, all-purpose flour, ghee, powdered sugar, and sooji in a bowl. Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
Step 3
Roll the dough into paratha using a rolling pin and board. Cut the paratha into diamond shape pieces.
Step 4
Deep fry the pieces until they turn golden. Store them in an air-tight container.
