Step 1
Take a bowl and mix whole wheat flour , semolina and 1/2cup melted ghee very well...now pour warm water little by little to make hard dough
Step 2
Divide the dough into small parts and shape the dough in cylinders muthiya (dumplings)
Step 3
Now heat the ghee in a pan and when the ghee becomes enough hot fry them in low to medium flame untill it turn golden brown.
Step 4
Let it cool completely...now using hand first break them into small pieces and grind them finely in grinder ...

Now add 2 cups of ghee (we can use the ghee which we had used for frying dumplings...just strain it and add 2 cup of ghee )and 2 cup of sugar in our finely grind dumplings (choorma)

Mix them well and now add cardamom powder and some roasted dry fruits of ur choice (coarsely crushed)
Step 7
Now take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and bind it and make round shape balls( laddoo)..if you find difficult to bind the mixture add little bit of melted ghee in a mixture .
Step 8
Our choorma laddoos are ready ...we can seve it as dessert or snack or with daal baati.
