Step 1
Take a bowl, add 500 gms all purpose flour, 1/2 cup semolina/sooji, 1/2 tsp salt, 4 tbsp curd, 2-3 tbsp oil, mix it well with hands and add warm water slowly to knead a soft dough and leave it for 2 hours
Step 2
Heat 5 cups oil in a cookware
Step 3
Now make dough balls of 50 gm and spread it with your hands or with the roller(apply dry all purpose flour to avoid sticking) into a round shape or oval shape and put this in the oil and deep fry it from both side
Step 4
Bhatura is ready, serve it hot with chickpea curry and pickle
