Every morning we think what should we cook something new so that our kids eat breakfast without making any fuss...here I want to share very simple yet innovative breakfast dish which is healthy and filling also... cheese coriander leaves parantha...

Step 1
First we prepare dough ....Mix whole wheat flour and salt. Knead well and make soft dough by adding water
Step 2
Now take thoroughly washed and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix red chilli,chaat masala and salt and cumin seed in it
Step 3
Now take 2 bolls of dough...we ll make 2 roties (flatbread) for this. First make one thin roti and keep it aside. now make another roti of same size
Step 4
Now spread little bit butter on the roti and sprinkle some red chilli and salt on it . Now spread the coriander leaves on it and add the grated cheese on it.
Step 5
Now put your finger in water and spread little water on the edges of the roti nowcover this roti with another roti and seal it py putting pressure on the corners.i seal the roti with fork
Step 6
Heat the pan and cookthe paratha on both sides until golden brown spots appear. Spread a teaspoon of butter
on both sides of the paratha and remove it on to a plate.
Step 7
Serve this parantha with curd, tomato sauce or green chutney
