Soaked overnight
Step 1
Soak the boiled rice overnight. Grind it in the wet grinder in the morning without adding any water. If you feel it's very dry then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 2
Add salt to it as per the requirement.
Step 3
Make thin rotis either using a roti maker or a banana leaf. Cook it on tawa. Brush it with some home made ghee and enjoy
Step 4
Best served with Maasa luqa( chicken curry) and mhaura Lonmiri( tangy fish curry)
