Very few people like to have bottle gourd and specially kids...my kids hate to have bottle gourd but my mother's delicious recipe changed the game... Stuff is prepared with crushed lauki, some spices and gram flour. It is very nutritious dish

Step 1
Firstly take a pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil and then add gram flour to roast. Roast it on low flame
Step 2
When it turns golden brown it will start leaving aroma of roasted besan or gram flour at this point..swith off the flame and keep it aside
Step 3
Now peel the bottle gourd and grate it but before that we should taste the bottle gourd as sometimes it has bitter taste.

After granting....now press the grated bottle gourd between the palm so that we can remove excess water .

Now take a pan heat the 3 teaspoon oil.When heated then add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.
Step 6
Now add chopped curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste.saute it for a few seconds on a low flame ...

Now add grated Lauki(bottle gourd) cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
Step 8
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder salt as per taste and dry mango powder and again cook for a minute
Step 9
Now add roasted gram flour and mix it well .our stuffing is ready.
Step 10
Ta make a dough..Take wheat flour in a large bowl and add salt, 1/2 tspoon oil and i1/2 tspn carom seed mix well and knead smooth dough, keep aside for 10 minutes.
Step 11
Now take 1 dough ball and roll it into 3-4 inch round size and fill the stuff ball and seal it properly.
Step 12
After that roll the parantha as per your desired thickness

Now heat pan on medium flame and put Stuffed Lauki Paratha on it.apply oil or ghee both the side and cook them.
Untill it turn golden brown from both the side then keep out in a plate.

Serve hot parantha with curd or chilli garlic chutney
