Step 1
Clean Moong dal and add keep it aside. Cut the lauki into small cubes
Step 2
Set IP to saute mode and add the ghee when its hot. Add mustard and when it splutters add bay leaf to it and saute.
Step 3
Add onions to this. Saute for a few minutes. Add ginger garlic paste to it and saute till the raw smell goes. Add tomatoes to this. Sauté for a few minutes
Step 4
Add Moong dal to this. saute it for a minute. Add the lauki to this as well. Add turmeric, 1 tsp red chilli powder and salt. Saute for minute.
Step 5
Add water enough to cover everything. Set IP to manual mode and pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
Step 6
temper with ghee, dry red chillies, mustard seeds and 1tsp red chilly powder. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with hot rice.
