Step 1
Grind everything in the grind section to a mixie-grinder and grind to fine powder.
Step 2
Use 2 stacked containers and add moong dal in one of them and add the cut chayote squash in another. Add water to both (around 2 cups of water for moong dal and 1 cup water for the squash). Add some water to the outside of the pans, in the inner pot. Cook it on high pressure for 5 minutes and release pressure manually after 10 minutes of warming
Step 3
Once its ready, set the IP to saute mode and add in oil and once its hot and everything else in the tempering section. Saute for around 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add in the cooked squash, the grinded powder and cooked dal to it and bring it to boil. Adjust water to your taste (you can make it thicker or watery depending on how you like it)
