Leave the raisins, it won't taste good
Step 1
Peel, wash, and grate the bottle gourd.
Step 2
Take ghee in a pan and roast the grated bottle gourd.
Step 3
Take milk in a container and bring it to a boil. Simultaneously keep stirring the bottle gourd in the pan.
Step 4
After it has become dry, add the boiled milk to it and stir continuously until the milk has been absorbed properly. It will take 5 minutes approximately. Also, add the cardamom powder at this stage.
Step 5
Add the malai afterward (which was collected from milk for more than 1 week) and stir.
Step 6
After the frozen malai has melted, add the sugar to it and stir.
Step 7
After it has thickened and the ghee starts separating, turn off the stove.
Step 8
Sprinkle the chopped dry fruits on top of it while serving.

Pro tip- If you don't have enough time to grate the bottle gourd, you can boil it, mash it, discard the water and proceed, it tastes good as well.
