Ingredients

jeera rice

You can use any other aromatic rice if this is not available. Soak it overnight
sesame seeds

Soak it separately overnight.
Almonds

Soak it atleast for 4 hours and peel it.

Dry fruits

Chopped dry fruits like almonds, raisins for garnishing. You can totally skip this part if you wish to.
Elaichi

Peel it.
Step 1
Soak the rice, sesame and almonds seperately overnight.
Remove the outer skin of the elaichi and only take the Greenish black seeds inside it.
Step 2
Remove the outer skin of the almonds and elaichi seeds and put it in the grinder. Powder it, then add rice and make a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Step 3
Grind sesame seperately. Make a fine paste. Strain it using a muslin cloth or a strainer. All the fibre has to be seperated.
Step 4
Mix both the mixtures and start stirring it continuously once kept on the stove. Prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Cook it for atleast 30 minutes
Step 5
Add 1 glass of cow milk in the last 5 mins of cooking. Once it's cooked. Add sugar. cook for about 5 mins more.
Step 6
Add ghee on top of it and mix well.
Step 7
Transfer it to small bowl or a dessert tray. Garnish it with dry fruits( almonds and raisins)
