Step 1
Mix the semolina, curd, water, salt and all the vegetables one by one so as to make a batter of thick consistency.
Step 2
Pour 1 tbsp of oil on a Tawa and spread 1 spoonful of batter over it.
Step 3
Let it cook for some time until it becomes golden brown.
Step 4
Flip it to cook the other side. Pour some more oil if you want to.
Step 5
Take it off the Tawa once both sides are cooked well and you can serve it with any kind of chutney/sauce.
