Step 1
Using a peeler, peel the outer layer of the beetroot. Grate the beetroot
Step 2
Add the grated beetroot along with the wheat flour to a big bowl. Add all the masalas, curd, and ginger garlic paste to the bowl and knead into a soft dough by adding water as required.
Step 3
make parathas from the dough using a rolling pin.
Step 4
On a hot Tawa place the paratha and cook for 1 minute. Flip the paratha and cook it for another 1 minute.
Step 5
Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
