Step 1
Soak dosa rice and boiled rice overnight.
Step 2
In the morning grind it well by adding coconut to it.
Make a fine paste
Step 3
Add water to the batter as per need. It should be very thin in consistency.
Add salt as per your taste
Step 4
Unused batter can be stored in refrigerator for upto 15 days.
Step 5
Spread the dosa evenly on a dosa pan. Brush it with ghee to add the flavour
