Step 1
For vada/fritter, take a bowl, add 250 gm gram flour, add 1/4 red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, add water and make a thick batter, now take another bowl, add 4 boiled potatoes, mash them, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, now make small balls of this potatoe mixture and dip in the batter

Heat oil in a cookware, deep fry these from both side till it gets brown
Step 3
Now take a bun, cut it from centre, apply green chutney of green chilli and coriander (optional) on one side or ketchup, put chopped onions on it, put a Green chilli (fried), and put the potatoe fritter and cook on pan from both side

Vada pao is ready, serve it with any chutney or ketchup
