This is a very easy-to-make dish that can also be stored for a week. It goes well with chapatis and parathas.

Step 1
Take oil in a pan, and let it heat.
Step 2
Add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds. Turn off the stove after crackling. Add hing.
Step 3
Add turmeric, red chili, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, amchoor, and salt. All in powdered form. Turn on the stove now.
Step 4
Add the chopped chilies.
Step 5
On high flame, saute it for a few seconds and turn off the stove.
Step 6
TIP- If you want to store it for a long time, add one tsp of vinegar after the mixture cools down.
