Step 1
First cut the chilies into two equal halves or you can slit them
Step 2
Boil the potatoes,peel them and grate them and keep it aside.
Step 3
Now heat the oil in a pan and put cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, asophoetida turmeric powder...now quickly add finely chopped onion
Step 4
Saute it for 15 seconds now add ginger garlic paste .now saute it for few seconds and add green chillies and salt
Step 5
Saute it for 2 minutes now add boiled potato in it..now add red chilli powder, coriander powder , dry mango powder and mix everything well.
Step 6
Cook it for another two minutes our potato green chilli is ready.....serve it hot with plane parantha or chapati
