Step 1
a large bowl add in 2 cups of whole wheat flour and some salt. Mix the salt into the flour. Now make the soft dow by using water little by little
Step 2
Put little bit of oil on the dough so that its stickiness can be removed..
Step 3
To make stuffing mix paneer ,cabbage cheese, origano ,chaat masala and green chillies altogether
Step 4
Now make two roties(flatbread)of same size and thickness.. for one parantha..keep the one roti aside and put little butter on another roti.
Step 5
Now sprinkle red chilli powder, some sali spread the stuffing over it.
Step 6
Now cover this roti with another roti and seal its edges carefully by putting damp fingers on the corners of the first roti and seal it properly by putting pressure with the help of fork.
Step 7
Once sealed press down the paneer cabbage paratha with your palms to release any air pockets. And give it a gentle roll with the pin to even it out. Proceed the same way with the remaining paratha dough and filling portions.
Step 8
Now heat a pan and cook the parantha on medium flame..put the butter on the surface of the parantha and flip it..repeat the same process on the other side too.
Step 9
Make sure you cook on medium heat as it allows the parathas to get a crisp on the outside and yet soft texture.

Once it is cooked golden brown transfer it into plate and serve it with curd coriander chutney or tomato sauce...it goes well with mayonnaise too.
