Step 1
Grate the carrots and cabbage and take a bowl add grated carrot and cabbagre and ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder, corn starch, maida , salt and red food color mix well
Step 2
mix well and keep aside. Now cut the onion and capsicum in a medium cube size and grate the garlic cloves.
Step 3
Now take a deep karai and add oil to it for deep fry the manchurian
Step 4
Make the ball using the mixture and add to hot oil and fry them till golden brown and crisp
Step 5
Remove the manchurian balls,Further take a fry pan and add 1 tsp oil and add grated garlic
Step 6
Stir it till light brown ,now add onion and capsicum to pan and fry them till it soften
Step 7
Now add vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce, further take a small bowl and add manchurian masala to the water and add to fry pan. If you don't find manchurian masala you can add corn flour water.
Step 8
Add the fried manchurian balls to it and mix
Step 9
Garnish it with spring onion and coriander leaves on top and serve hot
