Step 1
Take a bowl, add 300 gms gram flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 pinch baking soda, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, add water slowly and make a thick paste
Step 2
Cut paneer in triangular shape, sprinkle a pinch salt and Black pepper powder on it

Heat oil in a cookware
Step 4
Dip these paneer pieces in prepared paste one by one and put these in oil, deep fry and cook till it gets light brown from both side
Step 5
Serve it hot with any dip or ketchup
