Step 1
In a pan, add oil after the oil is heated add the spices- bay leaf, cloves, green cardamom pods and salute for 30 seconds.
Later, add onions and cook until it turns translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell is gone.
Step 2
Next, add tomatoes and and cashews and cook until the tomatoes get mushy. Cool down and blend into a paste.
Step 3
In another pan, add oil and butter. Then add green cardamom pods and cloves. Later pour the ground gravy paste. Turn the flame into low and cook for 2 min.
Step 4
Now add salt, red chilli powder and kasuri methi and mix thoroughly. Cover the lid and cook on ow flame for 5mins.
Step 5
Now add fresh cream and cook on low flame by covering the lid. Now add garam masala powder and cook on low flame and cover the lid until the oil floats. After the oil floats, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
