Iam here again with another recipe of mine. It is the most popular food in Indian families especially among vegetarians. If there are guests or children at home, lunch or dinner is incomplete without Panner. So, hope u all will try this recipe of mine as it is my daughter's favourite food. By the way let me introduce my family here. We are four of us myself, husband, daughter & son-in-law. Just the 4 of us. Small nuclear family.

Step 1
Take a kadai, put oil in it. Fry paneer cubes for few seconds in little oil till paneer changes its colour. Then remove it from oil & keep it aside.
Step 2
Then in same oil saute onion after it is ground into paste. After the onion colour changes add ginger-garlic paste & saute all the 3 well. Add Kasuri Methi & saute for few seconds. Now add tomato paste & cook with closed lid, add salt & cook till it blends well & becomes a thick gravy.
Step 3
Now add fried Paneer cubes & cook all together till Paneer is cooked well & becomes soft.
Step 4
Finally add Milk to the above gravy & bring it to boil & let it simmer for some time with closed lid. U can add more milk if u feel the gravy is very thick. Now Paneer Makhani is ready to be served with hot rotis

Please note that for this recipe do not add water.
