Masalas

Step 1
Mix all masalas into a small container and add a little water to it. Mix well and make it a watery paste. Keep aside.
Step 2
Take a rounded pan/kadai and add oil to it. When oils hot, add cut okra to it. Fry till its well done. Keep it aside
Step 3
In the same pan, add oil to it. When hot add green cardamom pods to it and add green chillies and saute till the chillies look done. Add finely chopped onions to it. Saute till the onions are slightly brown.
Step 4
Add tomatoes to it and add the masala paste to it. Saute till the tomatoes are mushy.
Step 5
Add water to a semi gravy consistency and add salt and the cooked okra to it and simmer the flame.
Step 6
Add curd to this and cover and cook for 5 mins. Serve with chapati.
