Step 1
Cut the Okra into small pieces. Chop onions and tomatoes and keep them aside.
Step 2
In a frying pan, add oil and let it heat up. Add mustard and cumin seeds to the oil.
Step 3
Add the ginger garlic paste. Add chopped onion to the oil and saute them. After the onions turn slightly golden, add tomato to the pan.
Step 4
Add the species to the pan and mix well.
Step 5
Add the chopped okra to the pan and mix well.
Step 6
Cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
Step 7
Serve hot with Rotis or Rice.
