Step 1
Grind everything in a the "To Grind" section in a mixie grinder and keep it aside. Grind till its a puree.
Step 2
Set IP to saute mode. Add oil and when its hot add hing and cumin seeds. Saute for 30 seconds
Step 3
Add onions to this. Saute till its transparent (should be done in 2-3 minutes)
Step 4
Add the ground puree to this and saute till the raw smell of the tomatoes are gone (around 2-3 minutes)
Step 5
Add salt and all masalas in the Masalas section. Saute till the raw smell of the masalas are gone
Step 6
Add diced potatoes and green peas to this. Close the IP and set it to Manual/Pressure Cooker and set it on High for 3 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
Step 7
Once done, open the lid and add garam masala and coriander leaves to this. Set it to saute
Step 8
Mash some of the potatoes in the IP. Let it boil for a few minutes. Serve hot with chapati
