For frying
Step 1
Soak green peas in warm water for 3-4 hours.
Step 2
take a mixer grinder.add chopped onion,green chillies,crushed ginger and crushed curry leaves.give it a crush.no need to grind it well.just a crush.then transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Now drain the excess water from soaked green peas and transfer to the mixer grinder.grind it well.do not add water.
Then transfer the grinded green peas into the mixing bowl and mix well with the crushed onion and green chillies.
Step 4
adjust the salt.take small balls of it and give it a press with your hands.then fry it in vegetable oil.
Step 5
remove the vada from oil once it turns golden brown in colour.
Step 6
Enjoy the Cryspy green peas vada with a cup of hot tea!!
