Step 1
Take a mixing bowl.add warm milk, yeast, sugar, oil, all purpose flour and salt.mix well and make a fine dough adding warm water little by little.
Step 2
once you made the dough, cover it and keep it aside for 2 hours(for raising).
Step 3
after 2 hours, the dough will be raised to double.again knead the dough by placing on a clean surface.make small oval shaped thick roti with the dough(shown in figure).
Step 4
Now beat one egg in a small bowl and take bread crumbs in another bowl or plate.dip the oval shaped roti to the egg first then cover it with bread crumbs. Do the same for the others too.(shown in figure)
Step 5
Now fry this on medium flame so that we will get crispy spongy bun.remove from oil once it is done.
Step 6
now we will make the masala to fill in the buns.
For that on a pan fry the boneless chicken adding little chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.once it is fried well, transfer to a bowl.
Step 7
now on the same pan,add coconut oil, onions, green chillies, ginger, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and Corrionder leaves. Saute well until the onions are transparent.
Step 8
transfer the fried chicken into this. Our filling is ready.
Step 9
now fill the buns by cutting through the centre(using a knife) and fill it with the chicken filling.
Step 10
Enjoy the delicious spicy kameera with a hot cup off tea!!
