Step 1
Boil the eggs n transfer it to a bowl containing cold water. Peel off the shells. Cut it into two lengthwise.
Step 2
Take a pan n add 4 tbsp oil. Add to it a pinch of turmeric n salt. Mix well n add slit boiled eggs into it n fry for a min. Tilt it n fry Remove from the pan n keep aside.
Step 3
In the same pan add cardomom crushed, cloves n cinnamon.. Saute n add lengthy cut onions. Saute well. No need to be brown. Once when the onions fade add ginger garlic paste n curry leaves. Saute well.
Step 4
Add chopped tomato n add salt. Saute well till tomato get smashed. Keep in low flame n add the masala powders. Saute well n sprinkle little water.
Step 5
Add the eggs one by one. Mix very slowly. Finally decorate it with curry leaves n coriander leaves.
