If its the hard green peas. please soak it. I used frozen ones so didnt need any soaking.

you dont have to cut this as this will be ground.
Masalas

Step 1
Set Instant pot to saute mode and add oil. Add jeera and when it splutters, add onions, tomatoes, ginger and garlic to it. Saute for a few minutes
Step 2
Add coriander, mint leaves and the green chillies to this. Saute till the onions look transparent.
Step 3
Add coconut to this. Use a hand blender to blend the contents or take everything out and let it cool and then add it to a mixie grinder and put it back to the instant pot.
Step 4
Then add green peas and curry leaves to this. Saute for a 30 seconds. Add all masalas in the masalas section to this. Saute for a minute.
Step 5
Set IP to manual mode and then set it on high pressure for 5 minutes (you might need more depending on your peas). Let pressure release naturally.
